
Hi, Iām Serena. I'm an experienced yoga teacher, nutritionist, and health coach.
I trained and qualified as a yoga teacher in Rishikesh, India in 2019 and have been teaching yoga ever since. I teach a variety of classes, including vinyasa, yin yoga, and chair yoga.
I teach locally around the Hook Peninsula and also offer private group yoga classes. Yoga has so many benefits, which include, but are not limited to, improved flexibility and strength, reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep, and injury prevention.
I am a qualified nutritionist and lifestyle coach with an MSc in Sports and Exercise Nutrition. I work one-on-one with private nutrition clients who are looking to optimise their nutrition for sports performance or people looking for support with a healthy, sustainable diet.
I also offer nutrition talks for groups, including corporate and sports organisations, that can be tailored specifically to the audience. Topics for talks include, but are not limited to, environmentally sustainable diets, nutrition for older adults, and nutrition for athletes.
