CHAIR YOGA
Chair yoga is a great solution for offices with limited space or that are too busy for traditional mat-based sessions. It is effective at helping employees boost their energy at the start or middle of the day, or simply to release stress, leading to a happier, healthier, and more productive workplace.
I will lead participants through a series of both standing and seated yoga poses, breathing exercises and meditation right at their desks or a meeting room table. All classes are in-person in your office.
Chair yoga is popular because:
No yoga mats are required
No specific room is needed; we can practice right where you are
There is no need to get changed into workout clothes
As it is low impact, no showers are needed afterwards

VINYASA FLOW YOGA
If you have a suitable space in your office to accommodate 10 - 20 people on yoga mats, I can offer a traditional mat-based yoga practice. We’ll combine breathwork, a gentle vinyasa flow, and a guided meditation to boost energy, relaxation and general well-being.
