Energy Balls

These plant-based energy balls are so simple to make. Perfect for if you’re heading out for the day and want a healthy all-natural snack in your bag, or something energy boosting before/after a workout.



Number of Servings: 8 approx.

Ingredients:  

  • 80g oats

  • 90g medjool dates

  • 3 tbsp peanut butter 

  • 1 tbsp cocoa

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 squares dark chocolate/chocolate chips

Method:

  1. Chop the 2 squares of chocolate into chocolate chip size pieces.

  2. Mix medjool dates, oats, peanut butter, chia seeds and chocolate chips together in a large bowl until combined.

  3. Roll into 1 inch balls using your hands.

  4. Set in the fridge for 15 minutes before eating.
